Accepting these terms

By using flysword.music, joining a mailing list, downloading music, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase digital products.

Digital purchases

Prices are shown in US dollars and processed by Stripe. An order is complete when payment is accepted and a receipt or download link is issued. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and keeping your receipt link available for future downloads.

Because purchases are delivered digitally, sales are final except where a refund is required by law or where a verified technical problem prevents delivery and cannot be resolved. Contact us promptly if a download fails.

Music license

Unless a release states otherwise, purchased or free downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial listening. DJs may play purchased tracks in live or recorded sets where the venue, broadcaster, or platform is responsible for any required public-performance licenses.

You may not redistribute, resell, upload, sample, remix, synchronize, mint, train AI models on, or otherwise exploit the master recordings or artwork without written permission from Flysword.

Free downloads and communications

Free downloads may require an email address or phone number. Email signups may receive Flysword news and can unsubscribe at any time. SMS signup requires separate consent, may incur carrier message or data rates, and can be stopped by contacting us or using any provided opt-out method.

Smart links and third parties

Smart-link pages direct you to third-party music platforms. Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Flysword is not responsible for third-party availability, accounts, pricing, content, or practices.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or availability, scrape it at abusive volume, attempt to access admin systems or paid downloads without authorization, or use the site for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.

Intellectual property

The site, Flysword name and logos, artwork, music, videos, text, and other content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Using the site does not transfer ownership of that content.

Disclaimers

The site and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flysword disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted site, download, or third-party platform availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flysword will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the digital product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in King County, Washington will be the exclusive venue for disputes unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
